Photographer agrees to provide a pet portrait photography session for Client’s dog(s) as described in the selected package. The session includes 45–60 minutes of professional lighting and multiple setups. Final edited images will be delivered within 7 days via private online gallery.
• A non-refundable deposit of $225 is required to reserve the session date.
• Remaining balance is due in full on or before the session date.
• Accepted payments: Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
• Late payments subject to a 50% late fee.
• Client must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule (subject to availability).
• Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
• Photographer may cancel/reschedule due to illness or emergencies and will offer a full refund or new date.
• Client is solely responsible for controlling and supervising their dog(s) at all times.
• Client must disclose any behavioral issues, aggression, fear, anxiety, or bite history in advance.
• Client warrants that the dog(s) are current on vaccinations (especially rabies) and not contagious.
• Client handles the dog’s care, water, and breaks during the session.
Client acknowledges that dogs are unpredictable animals. Client assumes all risks associated with the session.
Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Photographer, their agents, and studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from injury to the dog, Client, Photographer, or third parties, or any damage caused by the dog.
• No guarantees of specific poses, expressions, or number of images due to animal behavior.
• Photographer may terminate the session early if the dog becomes overly stressed or aggressive for safety reasons.
• All creative and editing decisions are at Photographer’s sole discretion.
• All photographs are the sole copyrighted property of the Photographer.
• Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license only. Images may not be sold, used commercially, or edited without permission.
• Client may share images on social media with photo credit to FrenPhotos.com.
Client grants Photographer an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and publish the images containing Client’s dog(s) and any images that may include Client for the following purposes:
Portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, promotions, exhibitions, and any other lawful purpose in connection with Photographer’s business.
Client waives any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any advertising copy. Client represents that they have full authority to grant this release.
Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by their dog(s) to the studio, equipment, backdrops, or other property and agrees to pay reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in DuPage County or Will County, Illinois.
The Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this Agreement.
